LG 47LA690V 47-inch Widescreen 1080p 3D Smart LED TV

So living with the LG 47LA690V 47-inch Widescreen 1080p 3D Smart LED TV, how are we getting on with it? well the kids love the thing and of course are so easy with it's use my wife and I use them to get to where we want. The choice is huge, we have free sat as the local signals for free view are poor the integration is straight forward and we have no problems with the way we access our programs. The search facilities are incredible, and I can now see the way people use two screens whilst watching TV… but having that secondary screen in the bottom right corner of the viewing area is a bit weird … The Kids of course love it, and are watching TV and chatting with their friends .

LG 47LA690V 47-inch Widescreen 1080p 3D Smart LED TV – Bedding Down

Bedding Down? Yes well you know what I mean have we got over the newness yet? No not really I get a thrill every time I turn it on… The kids use it like it has always been here… my wife tho is the revelation, she has become adept very quickly she has mastered voice control, and is really thrilled with the way the set responds. She has rediscovered some of her all time favourites too, ( much to the annoyance of the kids… Could we live without the LG 47LA690V 47-inch Widescreen 1080p 3D Smart LED TV? Well yes of course we could… it is a TV set at the end of the day, does it add to our quality of life? Again see the last answer, but actually I think it does. We are not a huge TV addicted family we all have busy lives, and do go out and have friends… but when we come together for a film… wow, when we watch a favourite TV program together, then let us say it enhances the shared experience! It certainly does not detract from it anyway, which I guess shows that the operation is easy, getting it to work was seamless and the integration with our existing systems straightforward… What more do you want?

LG 47LA690V 47-inch Widescreen 1080p 3D Smart LED TV – The Kids

I think my children ( not kids really young adults at 14 and 17 ) are the proof to me that we have gone the right way. They can interact and use the set easily and it does what they want… ok they may get exasperated with me fiddling and saying ‘Dadish' things about buttons and channels. Look I remember top loading Video Machines and wired remote controls being the must have device… I can remember BBC 2 launching and a time when if you missed Bill & Ben  you didn't even get a test card as nothing was transmitted… So I am in awe of this thing, it is a stranger in my world really… but I have gained a huge seal of approval from the youngsters which is pretty good going with tech savvy kids these days. As I think I already mentioned my game crazy son is actually working more shifts to buy his own LG 47LA690V 47-inch Widescreen 1080p 3D Smart LED TV… who can blame him?
